By accessing, browsing, installing, or playing SudokuSync (accessible from https://sudoku-together-mode.web.app or our official Android application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

1. Description of Service & Free Access

SudokuSync provides free-to-play digital Sudoku puzzles, deterministic seeded matchmaking rooms, real-time leaderboards, and logic training tools. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the game at any time without prior notice.

2. User Conduct & Community Standards

To ensure a fair and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree NOT to:

• Choose offensive, vulgar, defamatory, or abusive player nicknames (automated profanity filters and alphanumeric validation are enforced on all sync APIs).
• Deploy automated bots, solving scripts, or memory-injection hacks to artificially alter completion times or leaderboard rankings.
• Engage in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flood sync endpoints, or attempt unauthorized database modifications.
• Engage in fraudulent, automated, or deceptive clicks on advertisements displayed within the app.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All game logic engines, procedural sound synthesis code, user interface designs, the Scrapbook Design System tokens, graphics, logos, and software code are the intellectual property of SudokuSync and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

4. Third-Party Advertisements

The service is monetized via Google AdSense advertisements. We do not control or endorse the content of third-party advertisements or external links. Any interactions or transactions with advertised third parties are solely between you and the respective advertiser.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The materials and software on SudokuSync are provided on an 'as is' basis. SudokuSync makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall SudokuSync or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the game.

6. Account Deletion & Termination

You may stop using the application at any time. You can delete all your stored profile data instantly using the in-app deletion button under Settings. We reserve the right to ban or remove player nicknames or access for users who violate these Terms of Service.
